Job Summary:

The virtual assistant job involves providing remote administrative, technical, or creative support to individuals or organizations. · Email Management: Efficiently sort and organize emails, respond to routine inquiries, and prioritize critical communications for our clients.

· Calendar Management: Manage scheduling, send reminders, and coordinate appointments across different time zones.

· Meetings: Organize, schedule, and facilitate virtual meetings, providing necessary technical support, documentation, and note-taking support.

· Social Media and Website Management: Maintain and update social media and websites, ensuring engagement and up-to-date information for our clients' audiences.

· Presentations: Develop and format engaging presentations for various business needs, translating complex data into visually compelling formats.

· Excel Spreadsheets: Organize and analyze data using Excel, creating reports, charts, and visualizations.

· Document Drafting: Prepare and format documents, reports, and emails, adhering to clients' specific standards and requirements.

· Data Entry: Perform accurate data entry tasks, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of information.

· Project Management: Assist with project organization, track progress using management tools, and communicate updates to stakeholders.

· Customer Support: Deliver exceptional customer service, handling inquiries and directing customers to appropriate resources.

· Planning & Research: Support event and project planning with meticulous coordination and conduct comprehensive research for client projects.

· Financial support: Provide basic bookkeeping tasks, including handling invoices, preparing financial reports, and maintaining financial records.

Job details:

· Employment Type: Contract

· Duration: 1 year, with the possibility of extension

· Compensation: Hourly rate of ₹125 - ₹187. Given the full-time support required, the projected monthly income ranges from ₹20,000 to ₹30,000.

· Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, adhering to a night shift to align with US Time Zones (8 AM – 5 PM PST / 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM IST). Additionally, schedule may be changed contingent upon the role requirement.

· Location: Remote (Work from Home)

· Internet Requirements: A minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps is required, with a LAN connection recommended for optimal performance.
