We have partnered with a local tree care expert based in Burnsville, Minnesota to help fill their growing team. We are currently seeking Tree Climbers to join our growing team! In this role, you will play a vital role in our community.

Responsibilities:

• Safely and expertly prune and remove trees according to industry best practices and ISA standards.
• Utilize proper climbing techniques and equipment (ropes, saddles, etc.) to access and maneuver within trees.
• Operate chainsaws, chippers, aerial lifts, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers, clearly explaining processes and addressing concerns.
• Meet customer contract obligations, ensuring their satisfaction with the work performed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in tree pruning and removal.
• Proven experience with proper climbing techniques and equipment.
• Experience operating and maintaining chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and accountability.
• A desire to work outdoors and in physically demanding environments.
