We have an exciting job opportunity in the extended Ventura area for driven individuals who have a passion for PCs and are seeking a dynamic corporate atmosphere.

In this role, you will engage with customers utilizing computer and telecommunications systems, offering training, support services, technical assistance, and expertise to enhance user computing experiences. You will address various technical concerns related to PC desktops, laptops, and networks, resolving Level I issues to streamline end-user computing, both through on-site interactions and remote support. Upholding prompt service standards is paramount, and additional responsibilities may apply as needed.

Requirements:

Providing customer service

Proficient with Windows OS and Microsoft Office with an ability to troubleshoot

Basic understanding of Network technology, Active Directory, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS

Experience:

Supporting and troubleshooting Windows-based PC's and peripheral devices

Supporting and troubleshooting networked printers, faxes, and copiers

Supporting and troubleshooting mobile devices and Voice Over IP (VOIP) phone systems.

Any certifications are a plus, such as:

A+, Network +, or MCP
