We are seeking a highly experienced Site Supervisor for a prestigious residential construction company in Miami. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in high-end single-family residential construction, with a minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site, ensuring strict adherence to building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Manage subcontractors and oversee their work to ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines.
• Conduct regular inspections to uphold quality control and ensure the highest standards of workmanship.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders, providing updates and addressing project-related concerns.
• Manage site resources efficiently and maintain a safe, organized work environment.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction, proactively ensuring projects stay on schedule.
• Provide regular progress reports to project management and contribute to construction schedule development and implementation.
