Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Miami. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, in-depth knowledge of Revit, and a proven ability to lead projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee multiple projects, from pre-design through construction administration.
  • Collaborate with project teams, including architects, designers, engineers, and consultants, ensuring high-quality design outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain project scopes, schedules, and budgets, ensuring all are adhered to throughout the project.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and consultants, managing expectations and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Review project deliverables for compliance with codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Conduct regular project meetings and provide clear updates to stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior staff and support their professional development.
  • Monitor project performance metrics, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure integration of sustainable design principles throughout the project.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Licensed architect preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in architectural project management.
  • Proficient in Revit, familiar with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other industry-standard software.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
  • Experience in sustainable design practices is a plus.
