Job Title: Sales Manager

Job Summary:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing positive and long-term relationships with clients, overseeing the sales process, and serving as the primary point of contact. This role involves managing a portfolio of accounts, supervising sales teams, and driving growth opportunities while ensuring a seamless client experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client accounts to achieve long-term success and meet sales objectives.

  • Address and resolve client escalations in a timely and effective manner.
  • Ensure accuracy in invoices and transactions to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Oversee the renewal of client contracts, ensuring seamless continuity of services.
  • Resolve conflicts and provide timely solutions to client challenges.
  • Supervise Sales Account Executives, ensuring they meet sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Monitor account performance and suggest actionable steps to improve sales outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and collaborate with teams to develop strategies.
  • Prepare and present reports on accounts, transactions, and sales performance.
  • Actively seek out and develop new sales opportunities to expand the client portfolio.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Manager, Sales Account Manager, or Sales Account Executive.
  • Hands-on experience in sales with a proven ability to deliver excellent client experiences.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel.
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and respond to client inquiries promptly.
  • Business acumen and a problem-solving mindset.
