We have partnered with a local tree care expert based in Burnsville, Minnesota to help fill their growing team. We are currently seeking an Arborist Sales Representative to join our growing team! In this role, you will play a vital role in our community.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
• Conduct site visits to assess tree health, diagnose issues, and recommend appropriate services
• Provide customers with detailed proposals and estimates for tree care services
• Supervise work performed and ensure it meets contract obligations

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in arboriculture or a related field
• Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills when dealing with customers, colleagues, and team members
• Effectively communicate with individuals of varying levels of Arbo cultural knowledge
• Possession of a valid driver’s license
• ISA Certification is a plus
