About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support our team with general administrative tasks while also focusing on specialized initiatives such as automation, AI implementation, or chatbot development. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to leverage modern tools to optimize business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
General VA Tasks:
- Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Perform data entry, research, and other administrative support.
- Assist with internal and external communications.
1. Automation & AI Implementation
- Design, build, and maintain automation workflows using tools such as Zapier, Make (Integromat), or similar platforms.
- Support the integration of AI tools into business processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and optimize automated workflows to ensure smooth operations.
2. Chatbot Development & Management
- Assist in building and managing chatbot automation for customer service, lead generation, and internal processes.
- Monitor chatbot performance and optimize workflows for better user experience.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve chatbot responses and functionality.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience with customer support chatbots.
- Experience in Retail or eCommerce Industry.
- Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.) and AI integration.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
