Compensation:

• Starting Wage: $19.14 per hour
• Increase to $21.62 after 6 weeks
• Further increase to $24.42 after 12 weeks
• Vacation Time
• $500 Retention Bonus

Requirements:

• Willingness to work all shifts
• Valid Driver’s License
• Experience operating heavy equipment such as excavators, skid steers, and tractors

Responsibilities:

• Operate a variety of heavy equipment including excavators, skid steers, and tractors
• Ensure equipment is maintained and operated safely and efficiently
• Collaborate with the team to complete tasks in a timely manner
