He is part of a team of highly experienced industry professionals that will lead your training and development with a goal of mastering the craft of executive search.

Position Description

As an Account Executive with The Pharma:Health Practice at SCI, you will help build relationships with some of the fastest-growing and most innovative organizations in Digital Health. You’ll be engaging with potential clients, using a combination of phone (primary), email, text, and social media outreach. As you progress, our training program helps develop a comfort level with each piece of the executive search process.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build new business relationships.
  • Planning and executing cold outreach via both phone and digital to attract new leads with C-Suite executives
  • Win and close new deals targeting the most innovative growth companies in Digital Health.
  • Develop strategic sales skills using coaching provided by senior recruiters/Practice Lead
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and quarterly metrics to exceed annual billings target, President’s Club

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in B2B sales and a high comfort level with outbound phone communications is required
  • Experience closing new business deals from cold leads is required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred and/or 3 years of relevant sales experience
  • Lives a commutable distance from our office in Fairfield, NJand appearing in office 5 days a week is required.
  • Basic knowledge of Pharma, Digital Health, Clinical or Technology terms is preferred.
  • Driven, creative thinkers, smart workers which are personally accountable and are interested in sales.

Benefits and Compensation

  • First-year base salary plus commissions could equal $75K - $90K with an aggressive uncapped commission
  • Year Two is greater than $100K with potential for $125-145K
