Account Executive

Our client is looking for experienced, competitive, and self-motivated Account Executives to join their growing teams across North America. Their Account Executives provide talent acquisition solutions in the areas of technology and healthcare meeting the growing demands of hiring executives across our portfolio of clients. Their proven model of success, exceptional training program, and custom delivery platform helps ensure that Account Executives achieve maximum results that keep you focused on building strong relationships and generating sales. They build great client relationships through consultative selling, client site meetings, sales presentations and regular entertainment such as lunch/dinners, sporting events and exciting excursions.


Requirements:

  • 3+ year of business development or recruiting experience and a proven track record
  • Key traits: Energetic, competitive, confident, persistent, commission-oriented/money motivated, strong desire to succeed, hunter/farmer.
  • Experience breaking and developing local mid-market and/or national accounts.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
