A fine dining restaurant seeks a Restaurant Manager for a great opportunity with one of the Leaders in the industry. The ideal candidate must have management experience in an upscale/fine-dining restaurant.

Compensation: $75,000.00 to $85,000.00/year plus quarterly bonus

Responsibilities of the Restaurant Manager

  • Hiring, controlling beverage and labor cost
  • Maintaining health department regulations, training, and employee development.
  • Train and manage kitchen, and Dining Room Team members
  • Create and adjust schedules to meet restaurant needs
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

Requirements of the Restaurant Manager

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • Experienced in fine-dining restaurant operations
  • Must have strong profit and loss operational knowledge
  • Proven track record in full-service high-volume operation
  • A desire for challenge and a talent for building high-performance teams
  • A track record of stability in previous employment
