Staffing Firm Territory Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining partnerships with new and existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty by representing Working Solutions services on a continuous basis while maintaining profitability. The Territory Manager will support branch operations and respond to the needs of our clients. The Territory Manager must be results oriented, self confident and demonstrate a high sense of urgency and integrity.

Location: Meridian, MS

Pay for this position will be $45-&75k+ commissions

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Generating new business by performing sales calls and prospecting local business opportunities
  • Converting leads to sales
  • Servicing existing business by visiting clients and building relationships
  • Qualify customers and collect valid credit information
  • Developing and implementing appropriate sales strategies
  • Assist with other job related duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree preferred; Associates Degree and/or commensurate experience will be accepted
  • Minimum of 3 years Outside Sales experience with heavy concentration on human resources, hospitality, production and manufacturing industries
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
