Responsibilities:

  • Oversee structural design, calculations, and site inspections.
  • Manage technical reports and supervise a team of four drafters and two engineers.
  • Work on industrial and commercial projects, including warehouses and multi-unit residential developments.

Qualifications:

  • Civil Engineering degree with a structural specialization.
  • P.Eng. registration in Manitoba (eligibility in Alberta or Saskatchewan is an asset).
  • Expertise in structural materials (steel, concrete, wood, masonry) and Canadian construction standards.
  • Experience with design-build and EPCM contracts.

Compensation: $90K–$150K, with flexibility up to $175K for candidates capable of generating business.
