Duties:
- General Working Knowledge and Experience
- Good working knowledge of Windows Active Directory, including Domain membership, Group Security, and GPOs
- Familiar with the Helpdesk support environment
- Good overall troubleshooting skill
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 and 11
- General/overall knowledge and understanding of networking technology, TCP/IP, LAN, VLAN, VPN, Firewall, DHCP, and DNS. Familiar with basic networking commands and tools.
Required Skills:
- Desktop support, end-user support, PC Support, Troubleshooting skills, Good communication.
- Follow up on the issues
Understanding of networking regarding how everything connects
Solid experience with PC/desktop support; setup, configuration, and troubleshooting PC hardware and network connectivity. - Polished and professional - able to also give support to the executives
- O365 and MS Teams and Outlook support and some AD
- Microsoft Windows 10 & 11 - 85% of the company is on 11
Will start by supporting corporations in Irvine but will also help in the field (25%)
Locations are Orange, Anaheim, South County, and possibly IE.
