  • General Working Knowledge and Experience
  • Good working knowledge of Windows Active Directory, including Domain membership, Group Security, and GPOs
  • Familiar with the Helpdesk support environment
  • Good overall troubleshooting skill
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 and 11
  • General/overall knowledge and understanding of networking technology, TCP/IP, LAN, VLAN, VPN, Firewall, DHCP, and DNS. Familiar with basic networking commands and tools.

Required Skills:

  • Desktop support, end-user support, PC Support, Troubleshooting skills, Good communication.
  • Follow up on the issues
    Understanding of networking regarding how everything connects
    Solid experience with PC/desktop support; setup, configuration, and troubleshooting PC hardware and network connectivity.
  • Polished and professional - able to also give support to the executives
  • O365 and MS Teams and Outlook support and some AD
  • Microsoft Windows 10 & 11 - 85% of the company is on 11

Will start by supporting corporations in Irvine but will also help in the field (25%)

Locations are Orange, Anaheim, South County, and possibly IE.
