Job Description: Graphics Designer

Engagement Type: Full-time, Long-term (subject to performance and fit)

Role Overview

The Graphic Designer will play a key role in crafting high-quality visual content across digital and traditional media. The ideal candidate is not only proficient in design tools but also has a strong sense of layout, aesthetics, and brand consistency. This is a foundational role with growth potential into a more senior or lead design capacity as the company scales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design marketing assets (e.g., promotional graphics, branding materials).
  • Create static designs primarily (motion graphics are nice-to-haves but not essential).
  • Support UI elements within web/app designs, in collaboration with the UI/UX designer.
  • Develop traditional design assets, including user manuals and printable materials.
  • Maintain and expand the brand’s visual identity, ensuring consistent application across all touchpoints.
  • Support A/B testing efforts by designing multiple landing page variants in coordination with marketing and CRO goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a marketing or e-commerce environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Familiarity with Figma is a strong plus.
  • Ability to produce clean, grid-based, aesthetically balanced layouts.
  • Solid portfolio showcasing a range of work, including marketing materials, branding assets, and product graphics.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently while aligning with cross-functional goals.

Preferred but Not Required

  • Experience working with international marketing teams.
  • Motion graphics or video editing skills are a plus but not required.
  • Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.

  • Canva (For quick internal drafts, not primary tool)

Performance Expectations (First 90 Days)

  • 30 Days: Create and align on initial design assets using existing brand guidelines.
  • 60 Days: Deliver campaign materials, contribute to promo content.
  • 90 Days: Fully integrated into team workflows, possibly beginning to own entire marketing initiatives or design directions.
