Carterwill is hiring for an Estimator with experience in Commercial & Residential luxury properties for a general contracting company in Pinellas County . This is a Direct Hire opportunity.

Must have at least 4 years of verifiable experience in residential and commercial luxury property construction. This company has a great culture and offers a competitive compensation package.

Essential Job Functions:

• Strong verbal communication skills, including strong phone communication skills with subcontractors, suppliers, design team and clients.
• Understanding the needs of customers and proposing appropriate solutions based on the company's product offerings.
• Participate in budget reviews.
• Review construction drawings.
• Assist with project design and cost control.
• Experience with computer programs including Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Contractors Foreman software.
• Must have at least 4 years of verifiable experience in residential and commercial luxury property construction.
• Other duties as assigned.
