LA-based and tech-driven Real Estate Fund is on the market for a strong Tax Manager to oversee all tax matters who can grow to become the Head of the Department. The Candidate will be responsible for corporate tax reporting, compliance, property tax and sales & use tax.

There will also be additional responsibilities related to technical research and analysis.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a young investment firm in a pivotal stage of growth. My client's portfolio has grown from 10 operating properties in 2020 to over 60 in the current portfolio with another 50 in the pipeline. The Accounting team has also grown from 3 to 16 in the same time frame. Fund raises have been extremely successful and interest rates have not impacted the asset class as heavy as other property types.
