Position Overview:
We are looking for a Project Architect with 10+ years of experience in multifamily housing to lead projects from concept through construction. This role offers a unique chance to grow with our firm and potentially become a partner in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
  • Develop and present design concepts for multifamily, senior housing, and historic renovation projects.
  • Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
  • Provide cost estimates and construction timelines.
  • Manage staff in design development and construction documentation.
  • Oversee communication with clients, contractors, and permitting agencies.
  • Guide projects through all phases, from design to construction administration.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Architect with 10+ years of experience.
  • Expertise in multifamily residential projects.
  • Proficient in CAD and design software.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects from start to finish.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Long-term interest in growing with the firm and becoming a partner.
