Description
Develop and Deliver the client’s Physical Therapy Care Model
• Assess patients virtually and in-person to provide evaluation and management of
musculoskeletal conditions
• Provide care in a multi-specialty clinical office setting
• Standardize the care model over time in order to help grow our team of value-minded providers
Help to define and refine the client's Clinical Model
• Partner with client’s Chief Medical Officer in integrating PT into the company’s care
pathways and protocols
• Partner with the company’s Head of Product to create a delightful and effective patient
experience
• Partner with the company’s Head of Clinical Operations to ensure efficient handling of
patients across care settings
Requirements
Have relevant education, licensure, and time in practice
• Are licensed to practice in the state of Florida
• Have practiced for at least 5 years in an out-patient setting
Are philosophically aligned with our model of evidence-based musculoskeletal care
• Believe that more care is not always better care and the rush to surgery, imaging,
and drugs ultimately hurts many patients
• Want to work in a collaborative care team environment with other physicians,
advanced practice providers, physical therapists, and health coaches
• Are a flexible and collaborative colleague who is interested in helping to refine our
care model
• Are excited to shape our Physical Therapy care model including multidisciplinary
care, home visits, virtual care, and beyond
Have had relevant work experience
• Practiced physical therapy in a collaborative setting with other provider types
• Have experience with conservative outpatient spine and joint care
• Have experience with surgical aftercare
• Provided care via telehealth solutions
Travel regionally as required
• Travel Assigned Counties (Hialeah/North Miami to Pembroke/Hollywood in South
Broward) for the purpose of patient care in clinic settings
• Have a valid Florida license
• Have valid vehicle insurance coverage
• Have reliable transportation
Bilingual in English and Spanish (completely fluent)
