What You’ll Do
- Deliver Portuguese-language technical support via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and network issues efficiently.

- Work closely with the IT team to improve support processes and user experience.
What You Need
- Fluent Portuguese (spoken and written).
- English proficiency is a plus (translation tools can be used).
- Experience in IT support, help desk, or technical troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS, networking, and system diagnostics.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
