What You’ll Do

  • Deliver Portuguese-language technical support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and network issues efficiently.
  • Guide users through troubleshooting steps in a clear and friendly manner.
  • Document technical issues and solutions in our help desk system.
  • Work closely with the IT team to improve support processes and user experience.

What You Need

  • Fluent Portuguese (spoken and written).
  • English proficiency is a plus (translation tools can be used).
  • Experience in IT support, help desk, or technical troubleshooting.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS, networking, and system diagnostics.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
