Role Summary: We’re seeking a data-driven, execution-focused E-commerce Manager to own and optimize our online storefront. This role will oversee all aspects of our Shopify store, ensuring a seamless customer experience, driving conversions, and supporting growth through merchandising, UX improvements, promotions, and backend operations. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills are a must.
Key Responsibilities
Store Management & Optimization
Manage day-to-day operations of the Shopify store including product uploads, pricing updates, inventory syncing, and collection management.
Ensure the site is functioning properly at all times (QA, load speed, checkout flows, etc.).
Coordinate with design and development teams for landing page creation and A/B testing.
Performance & Reporting
Analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and heatmaps.
Track KPIs including CVR, AOV, bounce rate, cart abandonment, and LTV.
Monitor and troubleshoot dips in sales or technical performance.
Merchandising & Product Launches
Plan and execute product launches, bundles, and seasonal promotions.
Update product descriptions, images, and merchandising hierarchy.
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams on campaign implementation.
