At H!KINEX, our Sales Account Executives are dynamic, high-performing individuals who work directly with Senior Leadership in the United States. As a vital part of the H!KINEX growth and Outsourced Sales Department, you will be responsible for outbound and cold calling, appointment setting, proposal writing, lead generation, discovery, and client management.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound/cold calls to leads to book meetings and discovery calls.
  • Utilize prospecting tools to identify potential customers and schedule meetings with target accounts.
  • Schedule highly qualified meetings for sales managers by promoting services to build a sales pipeline.
  • Clearly communicate the value proposition of products/services to prospects and assess their needs to determine a good fit.
  • Collaborate with marketing, support, sales, and product teams to facilitate new programs, messaging, sequences, campaigns, and offerings.
  • Adhere to company policies and work standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including ad hoc tasks and special projects, as directed by management, to support the efficient functioning of the department/organization.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills and good comprehension.
  • Experience with outbound and cold calling is preferred; experience handling U.S. clients is a plus, regardless of duration, as long as communication skills are strong.
  • Minimal use of filler words in communication.
  • For candidates with no experience, such as fresh graduates: Basic understanding of sales is necessary, aware of what sales professionals do, and are comfortable making cold calls.
