Job Summary:

The Lead Generation Manager (at least 1 year of experience) / Lead Generation Specialist (at least 6 months of experience) plays a vital role in supporting the department’s efforts to identify potential clients and generate sales opportunities. This role involves coordinating and supervising team activities, assisting in market research, maintaining contact databases, and collaborating with the sales team to contribute to the growth of the sales pipeline.

Responsibilities:

· Identifying and generating leads through search engines, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo and the like.

· Assess and review the team's performance, providing guidance and support to ensure targets are met.

· Assist in researching specific markets or industries to gather relevant information for potential lead generation.

· Collect and organise contact information of potential clients through various channels.

· Ensure the accuracy and completeness of the contact list, making necessary updates as needed.

· Help manage and maintain team productivity in alignment with established standards.

· Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports on prospecting activities and outcomes.

· Collaborate with the sales team to support the growth of the sales pipeline and achieve goals.

· Review, verify, and upload leads and associated documents into the database.

· Develop and conduct training programs for team members to enhance their lead generation skills and stay updated on industry best practices.

· Identify decision maker details such as company, website, industry, decision makers name, business email, contact number, address, etc.

· Verify the authenticity and relevance of the sourced leads to ensure alignment with company criteria.

· Accurately input lead details into the company's database, ensuring all required fields are filled out comprehensively.

· Utilizing various lead generation tools and technologies to collect leads.

· Collaborate in designing and implementing new processes that enhance the efficiency of the lead generation team

· Provide regular updates on the volume of leads sourced and entered, and any challenges faced during the process.

· Utilize available internal resources and connections to address client and company requirements.

· Assist with various other tasks and assignments as directed.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

· Proven experience in Lead Generation.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with team and stakeholders.

· Strong data analytical skills.

· Proficiency in using data mining and enrichment tools such as ZoomInfo, Apollo, Egrabber, Octoparse and CRM tools such as HubSpot.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

· Team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Job details:

· Employment Type: Contract

· Duration: 1 year, with the possibility of extension

· Compensation: Hourly rate of ₹156 - ₹250. Given the full-time support required, the projected monthly income ranges from ₹25,000 to ₹45,000.

· Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, adhering to a night shift to align with US Time Zones (8 AM – 5 PM PST / 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM IST). Additionally, schedule may be changed contingent upon the role requirement.

· Location: Remote (Work from Home)

· Internet Requirements: A minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps is required, with a LAN connection recommended for optimal performance.
