Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Architect Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage multiple multifamily housing projects from start to finish. Your responsibility will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards. You’ll work closely with clients, contractors, and team members, leading the execution of each project and overseeing the construction administration process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee multiple projects, from conceptual design to final construction documents.
  • Lead project teams in developing detailed designs that meet client specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and consultants throughout the project.
  • Handle construction administration tasks, such as site visits, coordinating with contractors, and addressing construction issues.
  • Work with senior leadership to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Coordinate communication between the design team, external consultants, and permitting agencies.
  • Lead project meetings, providing direction, feedback, and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to energy-efficient construction practices and green development standards.

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in architectural project management, specifically in multifamily housing.
  • Proficient in CAD (familiarity with additional design software is a plus).
  • Experience managing projects from concept through construction administration.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and permitting agencies.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
  • Experience in energy-efficient construction and green development is a plus.
