Our client in the greater Ventura area has two openings for ambitious individuals who love of PC's and would like to work in fun corporate environment.

Under general supervision, interfaces with computer and telecommunications system customers and provides capabilities, training, support services, technical support, and knowledge to facilitate user computing. Responds to all PC desktop, laptop and network related technical matters. Trouble shoot Level I issues to facilitate end-user computing, both in person and remotely. Ensure that response times are maintained at appropriate service levels; and performs other related duties as required.

Requirements:

Providing customer service

Proficient with Windows OS and Microsoft Office with an ability to troubleshoot

Basic understanding of Network technology, Active Directory, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS

Experience:

Supporting and troubleshooting Windows-based PC's and peripheral devices

Supporting and troubleshooting networked printers, faxes, and copiers

Supporting and troubleshooting mobile devices and Voice Over IP (VOIP) phone systems.

Any certifications are a plus, such as:

A+, Network +, or MCP
