Primary Purpose: The Marketing Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the Sales Team and Appointment Setters to expand our customer base. By generating interest in our services and products, the Marketing Administrator helps identify and qualify new prospects, contributing directly to the company's growth and success.

Primary Responsibilities:

Data Management and Reporting:

  • Maintain 100% accuracy of company databases.
  • Capture details for service and product requests, ensuring timely responses.
  • Follow the company's sales process, tracking key metrics and updating records.
  • Provide weekly marketing reports to the CEO, including lead generation and sales data.

Lead Management and Support:

  • Monitor inbound lead follow-up processes to ensure effectiveness.
  • Assist in reviewing and qualifying inbound leads according to company standards.
  • Learn about company products and promotions to support sales efforts effectively.

Basic Functions:

  • Generate lists of hot leads for appointment setters based on engagement.
  • Update CRM records with accurate information and call notes.
  • Perform data imports and modifications as needed.
  • Continuously build the "Farm List" by adding new contacts from various sources.
  • Segment data for marketing campaigns and assist in sales process rapport building.
  • Confirm appointments and manage rescheduling requests.
  • Prepare and send sales materials to booked consultations.
  • Manage monthly production of print newsletters and tech tip postcards.
  • Communicate sales forecasts to the sales team.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Attend weekly sales meetings and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in staffing company events and provide customer service as needed.
  • Document internal processes and procedures.
  • Enter time and expenses accurately and promptly.
  • Complete assigned training to enhance understanding of processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in general office applications.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changes.
  • Typing proficiency for accurate data entry.
  • Self-motivated with high energy and drive.
  • Interpersonal skills including telephone etiquette, active listening, and customer care.

Educational/Experience Qualifications:

  • BS/BA preferably in marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of marketing or sales support experience.
