Bankruptcy, Receivership & Creditor Remedies Attorney

We are seeking an associate with 3–4 years of experience to join an expanding Bankruptcy,

Receivership & Creditor Remedies team in downtown, Los Angeles.

Qualifications:

• Experience with commercial litigation, including creditors' rights and remedies (secured creditor preference), receivership, bankruptcy, and commercial landlord/tenant matters
• Excellent academic credentials, analytical skills, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Bankruptcy clerkship experience is a plus.
• AmLaw 200 firm experience is preferred.
• Admission to the State Bar of California

The anticipated base salary range for this full-time role is $215,000 to $230,000 per year. Actual salary will depend upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience, job related skills, and qualifications.
