Position: Digital Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products or services. This role will enhance brand awareness within the digital space, drive website traffic, and acquire leads/customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital marketing, experience working with US clients, and be highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
  • Client Management: Manage relationships with US-based clients, ensuring their digital marketing needs are met and exceeded.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms, including the company website, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
  • SEO and SEM: Optimize website content and landing pages for search engine optimization (SEO) and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns using Google AdWords, Bing Ads, and other platforms.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, provide regular reports, and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
  • Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
  • Assessment and Proposal Creation: Develop assessments and proposals for digital marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Martech & Data Science: Identify and scale martech and predictive analytics capabilities which helps improve acquisition, retention and monetization capabilities.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field, with experience working with US clients.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in at least one of the following areas and familiarity with the others
  • SEO and SEM
  • Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) best practices.
  • Expertise in search engine marketing (SEM) and paid search strategies.
  • Social Media Marketing
  • Expertise in managing and strategizing across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and other B2B-focused social media.
  • Email Marketing
  • Expertise in creating and managing email marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of segmentation, automation, and analytics.
  • Analytics and Data Interpretation
  • Ability to use tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and others to track and measure campaign performance.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Marketing Knowledge:
  • Expertise in marketing automation tools and CRM software.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.
  • Experience with A/B testing and other performance measurement tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong client management and interpersonal skills.

Job details:

  • Employment Type: Contract
  • Duration: 1 year, with the possibility of extension.
  • Compensation: Given the full-time support required, the projected monthly income ranges from ₹40,000 to ₹60,000.
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, adhering to a night shift to align with US Time Zones- Multiple shifts available (5 AM – 2 PM PST / 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST) (8AM – 5PM PST/8:30 PM TO 5:30AM). Additionally, schedule may be changed contingent upon the role requirement.
  • Location: Remote (Work from Home)
  • Internet Requirements: A minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps is required, with a LAN connection recommended for optimal performance.
