Responsibilities:

• Assess and treat psychiatric concerns for adult patients
• Provide addiction pharmacotherapy with a focus on individualized care
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to devise personalized treatment plans
• Advocate for patients and families, promoting ethical and patient-centered decisions
• Forge strong relationships with community resources to facilitate patient disposition solutions
• Maintain meticulous medical records in compliance with regulations

Qualifications:

• Experience in supporting psychiatrically complex patients
• Proficiency in biopsychosocial and psychopharmacological evaluations
• Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in Massachusetts
• Buprenorphine Waiver (or willingness to acquire within 90 days)
• Federal and state-controlled substance certification/registration or eligibility
• Certified Addictions Registered Nurse - Advanced Practice (CARN-AP) preferred
