Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years installing residential systems and home automation/entertainment hardware
- Technical Interest: Passionate about smart home technology and excited to learn new advancements
- Professionalism & Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset
- Mentorship: Willingness to guide junior technicians and share knowledge
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for client, contractor, and team interactions
- Additional: Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Pay: $65,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience
