Position / Title: Customer Service Representative
Department: Finance


Description of Duties:

  • Responsible for all office administration duties including reception.
  • Process parts sale transactions.
  • Enter accounts payable invoices.
  • Quote customer repairs.
  • Assist with accounts receivable collections.
  • Interface with shipping department preparing shipping documents.
  • TAT monitoring, production performance monitoring and other duties as assigned.
  • Must be able to use an ERP/MRP system.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well with team members at all organizational levels in a dynamic environment.
  • Must be able to on their own after direction is given.
  • Integrity and strong focus on compliance with internal standards and policies.
  • Organizes tasks efficiently, maintains focus and stays productive.
  • Must exhibit a strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, & presentation)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Answering phones and communicating with customers daily.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education: High School or Equivalent
Skills:
ERP/MRP experience a preferred, negotiating skills, excellent communicator, Microsoft Office, Excel.

Competency:

Read, Write & Understand Proper English
Mathematical Skills
Self-Starter
Detail oriented

Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Excel and Word.
