Position / Title: Customer Service Representative
Department: Finance
Description of Duties:
- Responsible for all office administration duties including reception.
- Process parts sale transactions.
- Enter accounts payable invoices.
- Quote customer repairs.
- Assist with accounts receivable collections.
- Interface with shipping department preparing shipping documents.
- TAT monitoring, production performance monitoring and other duties as assigned.
- Must be able to use an ERP/MRP system.
- Demonstrated ability to work well with team members at all organizational levels in a dynamic environment.
- Must be able to on their own after direction is given.
- Integrity and strong focus on compliance with internal standards and policies.
- Organizes tasks efficiently, maintains focus and stays productive.
- Must exhibit a strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, & presentation)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Answering phones and communicating with customers daily.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education: High School or Equivalent
Skills:
ERP/MRP experience a preferred, negotiating skills, excellent communicator, Microsoft Office, Excel.
Competency:
Read, Write & Understand Proper English Mathematical Skills Self-Starter Detail oriented |
Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Excel and Word. |
