Job Title: Product Engineer

Location: Watertown, WI

Join our leading aerospace and defense parts foundry operation, conveniently located between Madison and Milwaukee. Be part of a $200 million organization with a year-long backlog, serving the defense and aerospace sectors.

Your Role:

• Drive new product development, mold design, and production enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for superior customer service.
• Contribute to technical market strategies and new business development.

What We're Looking For:

• Engineering degree (Mechanical, Manufacturing, etc.)
• 5+ years in the foundry/casting industry, preferably with complex parts.
• SolidWorks proficiency and understanding of casting processes.
• Must be able to provide BOMs and routings
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to travel up to 10%.
