Position: Executive Assistant

Job Summary:

An Executive Assistant for the Chief Strategy Officer is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the CSO and assisting with the coordination and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives. This may include scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining confidential files and documents. Additionally, the executive assistant may be responsible for conducting research, preparing presentations and reports, and representing the CSO in meetings with internal and external stakeholders. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CSO's calendar, ensuring all appointments and meetings are scheduled effectively and efficiently
  • Prepare meeting agendas and assist in conducting meetings, taking notes and summarizing key points
  • Coordinate and manage communication between the CSO and internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors
  • Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Conduct research and provide data analysis to support decision making
  • Support managing the company's CRM system (HubSpot), including inputting data and managing contacts, as well as creating reports and dashboards for the CSO
  • Assist with the coordination and execution of business development initiatives, including managing deals and partnerships
  • Provides operational and administrative support to assigned business unit
  • Make travel bookings and arrangements
  • Adhere to company policies and work standards
  • Ad-hoc administrative duties

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1 year of experience working directly with C-level executives.
  • Excel proficiency - Intermediate level.
  • Technical Skills: Microsoft Office 365/Google Workspace. Familiarity with CRM platforms and Zoom
  • Communication: Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, adapted to diverse business needs.
  • Organization: Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Problem-solving: Independent problem solver with innovative solutions.
  • Professionalism: Strong work ethic, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Job details:

  • Employment Type: Contract
  • Duration: 1 year, with the possibility of extension
  • Compensation: Given the full-time support required, the projected monthly income ranges from ₹20,000 to ₹30,000.
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, adhering to a night shift to align with US Time Zones (8 AM – 5 PM PST / 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM IST). Additionally, schedule may be changed contingent upon the role requirement.
  • Location: Remote (Work from Home)
  • Internet Requirements: A minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps is required, with a LAN connection recommended for optimal performance.
