ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

⦁ Ensures plant cleanliness by communicating issues and overseeing corrections

⦁ Perform quality checks including but not limited to CCP and packaging

⦁ Monitors and verifies Production processes meet quality and food safety standards

⦁ Monitors the compliance of all Good Manufacturing Practices for all employees

⦁ Generate labels and print documentation

⦁ Collect samples for microbiological testing and submission of samples for testing

SKILLS AND QUALITIES

⦁ Be reliable and dependable in attendance

⦁ Ability to multi-task and prioritize

⦁ Self-motivated individual who can work with limited direct supervision

⦁ Ability to work well in a team-oriented atmosphere

⦁ Basic math skills, High School Diploma or GED a plus

⦁ Previous work experience in a food manufacturing or food service environment preferred

⦁ Strong communication skills

⦁ Ability to lift (up to 30 lbs), stand for extended periods of time

⦁ Push, pull, squat, bend and reach above and below shoulder level

⦁ Ability to complete repetitive tasks

⦁ Able to withstand working in a noisy environment (with safety gear provided)

⦁ Attention to detail and able to work quickly and accurately

⦁ Be able to work flexible hours and be willing to adapt to changes in instructions and tasks
