Minimum Experience

• 1 year of nursing experience within a hospital (open to Nursing Home/Senior Living experience)

• Experience in high volume pace setting

• BSN or ADN (preference is BSN) – if candidate only has Associate’s degree, they would need to obtain their Bachelor’s within 3 years of hire date

Cross Training

• MedSurg is divided into specialisms, MedSurg RNs can float to other specialisms depending on needs

• Opportunities after 6 months to transfer to new units like ICU/ ER/ Critical Care where they can be trained on new experience
