Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a skilled team of architects across diverse project sectors.
• Collaborate with the Global Executive Team to strengthen the firm’s regional and statewide presence.
• Oversee business development efforts, ensuring sustainable growth in the Higher Education, Workplace, or Senior Living sectors.
• Drive innovative design solutions while upholding a commitment to sustainability, LEAN practices, and design excellence.
• Contribute to the development of best practices within the firm and align with the firm’s strategic vision.
• Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring successful project delivery and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in architectural practice, with a strong focus on Higher Education, Workplace, or Senior Living markets.
• Proven track record in business development, client relationship management, and team leadership.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience in managing and growing a successful practice.
• A passion for innovative design, sustainability, and high-quality project delivery.
