About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of law firm experience, with a strong academic background and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include:

• Advising clients on corporate transactions and venture financings

• Drafting and negotiating transaction documents

• Conducting legal research and preparing memoranda

• Collaborating closely with partners and clients throughout deal execution

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of corporate law experience, preferably in venture capital or M&A

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school

• Ability to manage multiple transactions efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
