We are looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant (VA) Trainer to deliver comprehensive training programs for virtual assistants. The VA Trainer will design and lead both live and self-paced sessions, equipping VAs with essential skills in email and calendar management, CRM tools, project management, and AI applications. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator passionate about empowering VAs with the knowledge they need to excel in supporting clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Training Modules: Develop and enhance training content on email management, calendar organization, cloud storage, CRM, project management, and AI tools.
  • Conduct Training Sessions: Lead live and asynchronous sessions covering essential VA skills, tools, and best practices.
  • Topic-Specific Instruction:
    • Cultural Training: Cover HIKINEX structure, supporting US clients, and effective communication strategies.
    • Email & Calendar Management: Train on email prioritization, meeting scheduling, and time zone management.
    • Cloud & File Management: Introduce OneDrive, Google Drive, security practices, and collaboration.
    • Research Skills: Provide guidance on research methods and tools for data gathering.
    • Document & Design Tools: Teach Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Canva for effective documentation and presentations.
    • CRM & Project Management: Train on CRM basics, HubSpot, and project tools for task tracking and reporting.
  • Use AI Tools: Guide VAs in using AI for meeting summaries, drafting, design assistance, and research.
  • Email Marketing: Cover fundamentals of email marketing strategies.
  • Evaluate Trainees: Assess skills through quizzes and feedback to build proficiency.
  • Client Communication: Teach effective email and reporting skills for clear client interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in training, particularly for virtual assistants, administrative roles, or client-facing positions.
  • Expertise in CRM, project management, cloud storage, and digital collaboration tools (Microsoft, Google Workspace, HubSpot).
  • Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) and research platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring content remains relevant and up-to-date.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in e-learning or online training platforms.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, or email marketing is a plus.
  • Understanding of cultural nuances for supporting US-based clients.
