DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing mechanical system diagnostics & repair support to production departments which operate printing presses, converting, test & material handling equipment
• Building & installing machine upgrades and retrofits
• Moving equipment
• Provide support for a wide range of facility related needs

REQUIREMENTS & MUST HAVE

• Have 10+ years of experience in hands-on machine repair;
• Have their own tools basic mechanic tools;
• Be proficient reading CAD drawings, understand tolerances and be capable of measuring part dimensions;
• Have a working knowledge of manual machine tools for milling & turning;
• Be proficient in TIG & MIG welding. Sheet metal work is occasional but essential.
• Be comfortable working with contractors when needed for machinery and facility support.
• A working knowledge of electrical troubleshooting is not essential but is a plus.
