As the Application Engineer reporting to the Engineering Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our cutting-edge products, supporting current clutch business and leading electrification initiatives in BEV eAxle components and battery technology within powertrain applications.

Your Impact:

• Be the face of our customer engineering department.
• Translate customer needs effectively to our Plants.
• Drive both existing and new business development initiatives.

Your Role:

• Collaborate directly with customer engineers (OEMs and Tier 1).
• Provide timely technical support, addressing applications and troubleshooting issues.
• Facilitate seamless communication between internal teams and customers.
• Craft compelling presentations guiding both internal and external customers through technical engineering matters.
• Support New Model & Quality departments by clarifying drawings with supplier engineering teams.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, enhancing your product knowledge.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Application Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of powertrain applications, software development, and the application lifecycle.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
