We are seeking two skilled BIM modelers to join our high-end residential building team in Long Island City, NY and Summit, NJ. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building design and construction processes, with a focus on creating and manipulating 3D models using BIM software. This person will work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive and accurate building models and generate construction documentation from them.

Responsibilities:

• Create and develop 3D building models using BIM software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD).
• Coordinate with architects and engineers to integrate design elements into the BIM models.
• Produce accurate construction documentation from the BIM models, including drawings and specifications.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure that BIM models accurately represent the design intent and meet project requirements.
• Stay updated on industry standards and best practices related to BIM modeling and construction technology.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in BIM software, such as Revit, AutoCAD, or similar programs.
• Strong understanding of building design, construction processes, and building codes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in high-end residential building projects is a plus.
