A casual dining restaurant seeks a General Manager for a great opportunity with one of the Leaders in the industry. The ideal candidate must have restaurant management experience in a high-volume upscale casual dining restaurant operation.

Compensation: $95,000.00 to $100,000.00/year plus annual bonus

Responsibilities of the Restaurant General Manager

  • Responsible for hiring, controlling beverage and labor cost
  • Responsible for maintaining health department regulations, training, and employee development.
  • Train and manage kitchen, and Dining Room Team members
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

Requirements of the Restaurant General Manager

  • Volume Experience of at Least $10M
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • Minimum 5 years experience in upscale casual restaurant
  • Must have strong profit and loss operational knowledge
  • Proven track record in full-service high-volume operation
  • A desire for challenge and a talent for building high-performance teams
  • A track record of stability in previous employment
