KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of increasing responsibility in a regulatory role for a food manufacturer.
  • BS in food science, biological sciences, nutrition, or related field required. .
  • Exceptional knowledge of FDA and other relevant regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and team skills.
  • Effectively manage priorities and deadlines to maximize team support, able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to develop and implement systems and business processes to organize and document regulatory compliance.
  • Identification and resolution to regulatory issues.
  • Strong, general reasoning and analytical skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • High level of personal work and professional ethics.
  • Should be able to work independently or in a team environment with creativity and a passion for food.
