Job Overview:
In this hands-on technical position, you will focus on configuring and operating test environments to assess the functionality of Wi-Fi and Bluetooth technologies. Your duties will encompass creating test plans, performing tests, automating processes, and resolving issues for both conducted and radiated wireless configurations, while thoroughly documenting results. You will actively engage in testing wireless devices, conducting RF evaluations, and automating test workflows, partnering closely with the RF Product Development team to execute testing initiatives that measure and optimize data rates and response times across a range of wireless consumer products. This role will push you to innovate test methodologies and systems to improve testing precision and productivity.

Required Skills and Experience:
We are seeking candidates with the following expertise:

  • In-depth knowledge of Wi-Fi and Bluetooth standards and performance indicators.
  • Over 2 years of practical experience validating Wi-Fi and Bluetooth systems, including evaluating data throughput, latency, and overall system performance.
  • At least 2 years of experience using RF and wireless testing tools, such as signal generators, vector signal analyzers, spectrum analyzers, channel emulators, RF isolation chambers, and network analyzers.
  • Minimum of 2 years working with electronics laboratory tools, including power meters, power supplies, analog/digital multimeters, digital oscilloscopes, and skills in soldering and component assembly.
  • 2+ years of experience in Python programming for test automation.
  • At least 1 year of experience with Linux-based platforms.
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience in electronics and circuit design, diagnostics, and repair.
  • Familiarity with microcontrollers is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to independently design test setups and address challenges.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
