The OTE for this role ranges from $150K-$250K!

Requirements:

  • Dive deep with clients to understand their staffing needs.

  • Master the art of the meeting: schedule and conduct calls and in-person visits, leveraging technology to your advantage.
  • Stay organized - you'll be the master of your CRM system, managing client and prospect pipelines effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Prior Business Development experience is required with proven success in staffing agency sales.
  • Thrives independently and collaboratively.
