Our client is looking for an expert IT System Analyst, who will enhance business capability through analyzing, designing, and implementing information systems while providing top level information system support with regard to day-to-day business information system activity.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

The System Analyst will determine and analyze sophisticated business requirements to build corresponding system specifications for initiatives including new system development and revisions to existing system logic. In addition, will provide key input for test and acceptance plans. The ideal candidate has experience in the printing/packaging industry, mastering SQL, EFI and Crystal.

• Interpret business requirements, provide customized solutions within the core product while offering industry best practices.

• Develop and maintain standardized documentation, SOP and supporting materials.

• Drive continuous improvement of IT systems and processes

• Troubleshooting technical issues.

• Write and modify reports based on business needs.

• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Leads and IT team to resolve issues and ensuring solutions are viable and consistent.

• Create system guidelines and manuals for the organization.

• Lead training sessions and workshops on system processes.

• Conduct regular reviews of systems and generating reports on efficiencies and improvement areas patching and upgrading existing ERP systems as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3-5 years related experience providing professional services and/or custom development of web-based software solutions; within the printing industry preferred.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science Printing, or equivalent experience.

• Advanced use of Ms Word, Excel and Access, ability to create spreadsheets and reports is required, and various reporting software.

• Experience using Enterprise Resource Planning Software/ Management Information Systems

• Experience with computer operating systems

• Experience with EFI Radius.

• Proficient user of SQL query writing and Crystal Reports.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to identify and implement process improvements.

• Extremely detail oriented.

• Ability to communicate with all levels of staff

• Team Player with ability to multi-task.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
