What You’ll Do:

• Operate equipment to stack and organize boxes for shipment

• Inspect products for quality issues and ensure proper packaging by weight

• Keep your area clean, safe, and running smoothly

• Rotate through tasks to support other production needs

• Follow GMP and HAACP safety/sanitation procedures

What You’ll Need:

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly

• Comfortable working in cold environments

• Can stand, bend, and move for long periods

• Basic math and reading/writing skills (English or Spanish)

• Strong team-player mindset
