Job Description: As an Associate Recruiter at Hikinex, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and attracting top talent to meet our clients' staffing needs. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with diverse backgrounds, including fresh graduates and those in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry, to kickstart their career in recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Utilize various channels to source candidates, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
  2. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles.
  3. Assist in coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  5. Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  6. Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and networking activities to build a pipeline of potential candidates.
  7. Provide timely updates and reports on recruitment activities to the management team.

Requirements:

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Professional and pleasant personality geared with integrity and personal responsibility.
  3. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  4. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
  6. Have equipment that you can use while in training
