Are you a sales whiz?

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Ediscovery Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling complex software solutions or services to mid-sized and small companies in the United States.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and Qualify: Identify and qualify potential clients, building a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Understand Client Needs: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client pain points and requirements related to eDiscovery.
  • Present and Demonstrate Solutions: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our eDiscovery solutions through compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate and Close Deals: Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales engineering, product management, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in the eDiscovery industry.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the legal or technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of the eDiscovery process and challenges faced by mid-sized and small companies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales enablement tools.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience selling eDiscovery software or services to mid-sized and small companies.
  • Knowledge of legal hold procedures and data privacy regulations.
  • Certifications in eDiscovery or sales.
  • Solid book of business
  • Sell, Sell, Sell: Close deals and hit your targets.
